I remember when I first came to Canada, Jimmy Two-Shoes was one of the first cartoons I saw on Teletoon. Ahh I feel so nostalgic. Back then the show sort of just annoyed me because I miss other BETTER cartoons, and now,  I still don't think it's a really great show, but more of an average sub-par show. Overall I have mixed feelings towards it, but right now it's sort of growing on me. I'm re-watching the entire series and though I don't think it's the best, I still say there are SOME funny moments that I actually laughed out loud. But honestly really, the biggest reason many people (including me) like this show is because of JimmyXHeloise (though not all of them). At first it was just something I thought was just nice, now it's growing more and more for me. Every time there's a potential moment with these two I just can't help but get excited.
